I really want to complete my stories. It helps to keep track of them, so they're not forgotten. I know probably nobody else cares, but it helps me.
My WIP writer's statement:
My name is Jacie, and I have 1 WIP. And 6 bunnies. I'm sort of feeling a few bunnies trying to develop. We shall see...
In 2024 I have completed 1 story (so far).
And wow! I finished writing my one 2024 story (so far) in July, posted it in October, but didn't remember to do a writing stats post? Well, I've been super busy clearing out my parents' house with an estate sale and donations to charity, plus large furniture (2 beds and 3 sofas) to the recycle/scrap/dump. I still have a lot of work to do and am traveling for the holidays, so I'm not sure if another story will happen this year. It's actually been a pretty quiet year in fandom.

I'm so glad I finished this in time for the Big Bang. Especially since it was the only draft submitted on time. Another one was a day late. It was sad to see the claims with only two summaries. At least they were both claimed and both had amazing artwork created for them!
This is a crossover with Criminal Minds and SEAL Team.
I dedicated this one to DHM_01 as she went from NCIS to SEAL Team. It was only because of her that I started watching the series. I enjoy it, love the characters. The time frame doesn't work well with NCIS, but they give enough background that I could make it work. The SEAL Team part is pre-series, but I followed their canon from a flashback episode.
Summary: Tony had a bad feeling about Ziva from the day they met. But he had no idea how deeply her betrayal would run or the danger it would put him in.

I have one in the works, but it may be gifted to someone, I'm not going to provide any details at this time.
I've not added anything to this one. But yeah, it still may be a gift (not that anyone other than me will see this post!)

These are little bunnies that may have a paragraph or two of notes, but I haven't started writing yet. They might get written one day, or they may never get written. I suspect I'll drop them after a certain amount of time, maybe 5 years on the list, or if I simply lose all interest, or forget where I was headed with it.
