I really want to complete my stories. It helps to keep track of them, so they're not forgotten.
My WIP writer's statement:
My name is Jacie, and I have 0 WIPs. And 5 bunnies.
In 2023 I have completed 8 stories (so far).
Notes:
I've completed 3 stories for the 2023 NCIS Big Bang Challenge. The first two have been beta'd and edited. The last one is currently with my beta. All three will be posted in October as a part of the challenge.
I don't have anything else in process right now, however, I do anticipate signing up for the Secret Santa this year, so I should have at least one more story coming this year.

In looking through my old bunnies, this one from 2020 was the only one that really piqued Muse's interest (I call him Tio, BTW). It's a Sci-fi style story, clearly not based in reality. So basically, several Tonys from other universes start showing up in this universe, and the team has to figure out how to deal with them, and how to send them back.

I'm not surprised that a bunny from the current year grabbed my attention. Case Fic, I'm calling it a slash story, but it's not that slashy. Mostly Tony & Gibbs with a bit of Ducky tossed in. Abby, Jimmy, Tim and Ziva are all mentioned.

I did keep a piece of artwork I created for the 2022 RB. But I liked it enough to keep it. I have a deal with Muse. He can keep ONE and only ONE artwork I create for the RB, AND only if he has a solid bunny for it. He kept the artwork I used for Melancholy Man, which was originally created for the 2021 RB, and he kept this one from RB 2022. He did not grab one from this year. Oh, he thought about the kitty one, but didn't have an idea for it, so we let it go.
So this one, Tony disappears. I know. It sounds a lot like Broken. Starts out the same, too. He's going on vacation with his frat brothers. This one winds up a bit different in how and why he's lost and how he comes to be rescued. This is my personal favorite of my Big Bang stories of the year.

WOW! I'm not sure I've ever had 0 WIPs when I posted an update. Quite a feat!

There are still 5 on the list. Although, that's progress from the 9 that were on there earlier this year.

3) APR 2020 - Sr Conman bunny
4) AUG 2020 - Kidnapped bunny
5) Jan 2023 - Purchase bunny
These are little bunnies that may have a paragraph or two of notes, but I haven't started writing yet. They might get written one day, or they may never get written. I suspect I'll drop them after a certain amount of time, maybe 5 years on the list, or if I simply lose all interest, or forget where I was headed with it.
