My name is Jacie, and I have 1 WIP. And 10 bunnies. I was able to finish up ONE of the bunnies at the end of 2025.

Special note - this is tied with the most NCIS fics I've written in a single year! I tried hard to come up with something else, but Muse was exhausted at the end of the year, with 30 of the new stories written in December alone, over 70K words!

As he often does, when I asked Muse for a plot, he threw out, *Tony goes missing, and Gibbs is determined to find him!* I said, NO! because it seems like I write something like that every year. So, NO! Find another plot! I also got to think about different pairings, and thought I'd give Tony/Hotchner a shot.
And then Merger happened. I enjoyed writing the story, and have since added a sequel. This has been my top story written in 2025!
Summary:
Abby meets a handsome, fit man in the park and decides he’s a perfect match for Tony. After all, they’re both training for the same triathlon, and both also work in law enforcement. It’s not until Gibbs finds out Tony is dating another man that he realizes what has slipped through his fingers.

This is a story I never would have written without the inspiration of the artwork. It's a bit of a slowburner, that didn't develop their relationship as fast as I would have liked, and got way longer than I thought it would be. It didn't do well when it was first posted, but it's been growing slowly. I have considered possibly doing a sequel, but no immediate plans.
Summary:
When Agent Gibbs is injured on duty, he is rushed to Bethesda Hospital for emergency surgery. He is assigned a physical therapist named Tony DiNozzo. At first, Tony has his hands full caring for the crusty NCIS agent, and his patience is pushed to the brink. But eventually, things begin to change.

This one explores Tony and Tim dealing with their grief after Kate has died. This one didn't do all that well. By that I mean, almost no one read it. Most of my stories seem to have similar kudos to hit ratios, just some get read a lot more than others. I also consider this a sequel to my 2013 story Missing Kate.

This is for the 2026 NCIS Reverse Bang. I chose a banner created by Rose_Malmaison. In truth, I didn't have any strong bunnies for any of the banners, so I chose 5 (out of 7) that I was willing to work with. I let the other people choose first, and 3 of the 5 I was willing to work with were claimed. I still had 2 banners to choose from. I chose the castle banner for a couple of reasons, but I still think I could have written a story for any of those 5.

I wanted to do a second story, and was trying to avoid Tony/Gibbs. I've written over 100 Tony/Gibbs stories and just wanted to write something different. This one explores Tony and Tim dealing with their grief after Kate has died. This one didn't do all that well. By that I mean, almost no one read it. Most of my stories seem to have similar kudos to hit ratios, just some get read a lot more than others. I also consider this a sequel to my 2013 story Missing Kate.

Castle Bunny
This is for the 2026 NCIS Reverse Bang. I chose a banner created by Rose_Malmaison. In truth, I didn't have any strong bunnies for any of the banners, so I chose 5 (out of 7) that I was willing to work with. I let the other people choose first, and 3 of the 5 I was willing to work with were claimed. I still had 2 banners to choose from. I chose the castle banner for a couple of reasons, but I still think I could have written a story for any of those 5.

I suspect I'll drop them after a certain amount of time, maybe 5 years on the list, or if I simply lose all interest, or forget where I was headed with it.
