I really want to complete my stories. It helps to keep track of them, so they're not forgotten.
My WIP writer's statement:
My name is Jacie, and I have 1 WIP.
Notes:
My SeSa story was posted, to underwhelming results. I think it only had 2 likes the first day. I know it's not my best story, but I'm disappointed it did so poorly. So yeah, that was Tango & Spears (I thought the title was cute!), and wrapped up at 12,550 WC.
Completed:
I have completed one story since my last post.
Holiday Spirits (formerly Holiday Vacation bunny)
WC 6430 (finished 12/23/2022)
I really enjoy the series called Ghosts, the US version. So I thought, what if Gibbs takes Tony to Woodstone Manor for a holiday vacation? This was written for the HHC Happy Holidays Challenge. I think it would have fit Dec 9 Holiday Vacation better, but it wasn't done. It was posted Dec 23 Blizzard/Snow. Also, since the timing fit, I made it a sequel to Two Roads. As it's just the time frame that fits, there is no need to read Two Roads first, although it has apparently encouraged more people to read Two Roads, which is a good thing in my book. I thought Two Roads was one of my better stories, but it didn't get read much, I suspect because it's based in the S19/S20 time frame.

So this one, I was concerned we may have more artists than summaries. I wanted something to offer if that were the case and all artists wanted to participate (like last year, when I offered up Temping Poses). This is not good. Also, I knew it was headed in the 5000 Micro-Bang level, and all the other stories are over 20K this year. I really had no interest in submitting a crappy 5K story in that field. But I'll probably finish it one day...maybe. Basically, Tony and Gibbs take their Dads fishing to break the news about their relationship. Senior is being Senior. My plan now is to wrap it up in time to post for Father's Day in June.

3) APR 2020 - Sr Conman bunny
4) AUG 2020 - Kidnapped bunny
5) OCT 2020 – Multiverse bunny
6) May 2022 - Missing Tony bunny
These are little bunnies that may have a paragraph or two of notes, but I haven't started writing yet. They might get written one day, or they may never get written. I suspect I'll drop them after a certain amount of time, maybe 5 years on the list, or if I simply lose all interest, or forget where I was headed with it.
